Bottle Tree Park


Uh-ha.. bottle tree - first heard about this cutesy tree from Korean drama - Princess Hour! And now I'm going to see this tree for real at the Bottle Tree Park near Khatib.


Thought of having breakfast there, but it doesn't taste nice at all.

Healthy drink for healthy complexion?


Heard that celery is good for skin complexion. So, I've decided to give it a try. I know some of you must be showing the yucky face with your tongue sticking out, rite? haha.. celery doesn't taste that awful..


But I decided to add green apple as well.. should be tastier!


So, here are the ingredients: 1 green apple & celery

Update for the past few weeks..


Haven't been updating my blog for weeks. Reason being, my life has been in the stagnation stage!


My FYP hasn't been progressing..that's why I'm not looking forward to this year's CNY.. as I know, once CNY is over, I'll be in the madness of rushing the DEAD-OR-ALIVE report. Whether I can do it or not.. let's pray hard!


Anyway, the Career Fair is just around the corner, time to force myself to beef up my pathetic resume and.. yes, I have to take photo for job application.


After reading Urban last Thurs, Xinru and I decided to try facial spa at The Face Shop. Facial cum mini makeover is just $25, which is quite affordable.



Quite unique coz this is the first time I have my facial treatment like this.

This is the place where you EXPERIENCE your facial spa, pedicure or medicure. Not bad - 3 in 1 - save space! haha

And yes, everyone who walks pass can see you with ur mask on!


One thing I like about this Spa thingy in The Face Shop is that they play all those Korean hit drama's OST! nice music, soothing and nice ambience overall.


Why korean's beauty brands always use Korean hunks to be their embassador? Korean hunks have better skin complexion or because they have greater attraction?

Another Korean beauty brand - Beauty Credit. Coincidentally or intentionaly, their embassador is also another dashing hunk!

The mini makeover didn't really turn out well.. so we ended up going home without our photos taken. Haha..

Trying to take a few shots before removing my makeup.. I still need to find a day to have my professional photo taken! Argh... !!

My First Time..


Never tried this before.. this is my first time doing this - painting at the kid's creative corner! Went to pay Janice a visit at her work place, saw the kids happily painting..feel so tempted to try one!


So Xinru and I squeezed at the tiny table and chairs - trying very hard to paint nicely - we vowed that we shall not lose to kids! but then it's not as easy as we thought!

2006 - The End.

2007 - Another chapter of life. Let us welcome with open arms!


Time flies, really. In just a twinkle of eye, here we are - embarking on our new year 2007 journey.


Now, I'm trying to recall all my little achievements I have (if any) and those failures that I should learn my lesson from.


Career: Not yet. Soon. Hope I'll start a new and exciting career path soon!


Money: Should be better than last year since I worked part time for 4 months! Hehe..


Studies: Not bad, judging that I have to work part time. Last sem was rather a hectic one. I'm proud that I manage to survive through!!


Life: No life since I devoted 3 days on school and 4 days on work! It's a trade off I guess.. I hope my life could be more colourful and exciting and interesting this year!


Love: Ahem.. nothing to talk about. Those love cupids are still busy with others. They simply forget all about me. HELLO CUPIDS, I'm here!! haha..


Family: Hoping for my sister to wake up! She has been causing all the unhappiness of our family especially my mum..


It's been ups and downs throughtout the whole year. Realised some valuable lessons and shall not commit the same mistake again. I promise!


No matter what, I shall face a new beginning with a new attitude:
1. Let the nature take its course
2. Always look at the bright side of life
3. Shall not procrastinate anymore! Really!!
