Tat's my life at this moment. It's tiring but it forces me to be disciplined with myself... coz... I can't afford to procrastinate anymore!

Btw, managed to catch my dear Junyang yesterday at Causeway pt!! Was rather sad coz I had to work. If not, I would have to fight with the crowd, bring my digi cam and take nice nice photos of him ! I thought I had to miss the 2nd chance of meeting him in real life!! The first time was when he came to NTU for the campus concert but I couldnt make it that day.


But then.. my manager gave me 15min break at 7pm (which was rather rare coz I normally don't get a break if I start work at 5pm). I quickly rushed down with my hp. He was still there!!! but.. just didn't manage to take a nice pic of him. He was signing autograph and his stupid and irritating assistant was BLOCKING MY VIEW !! how irritating!


But then... was contented coz I managed to catch a glimpse of him!! muahahahah

Monday Blues....


Yesterday worked till 11pm and today I have 8.30am class! Yes, having an early morning class on Monday will definitely be a feet dragging thingy. I had to drag my butt out of the bed.


Worse part happened when I reached BLay Interchange.. the Q was terribly long and totally unbelievable. The Q was at directly outside the MRT station. Can you believe it??? Next time I shall take a snap of how long the Q is. Luckily my tutor was kind enough to postpone the class to 9am. Or else I would be late for class. Guess I really have to go out of my house early tomolo.. coz I have ANOTHER 8.30am class which I HAVE TO BE PUNCTUAL.. or else the lecturer will NAG or SARCASTICALLY inform the latecomers!!


Attended the first Strategic Mgmt tutorial class. Quite fun and we planned a game - to build a tallest structure using the poker cards. My group's got the "most stable" award! haha..


And.. I was so "LUCKY" enough to be arrowed as the class rep. As noone volunteered and he needs to have one class rep, so what he did was to ask a qns: Whose's birthday falls in the month of April?

And.. "luckily" enough I was the only April baby in the class. So here I am - the class rep. So.. what he needs to class rep to do??

1. to mark attendance
2. to collect money from latecomers and punishment for making mistakes in the emails


The fund collected will be used for class gathering at the end of the sem! He really treats us like secondary school kids (he admits it, okie!)


I think I really can't escape the fate to be treasurer/banker/ or the one who handle money. Do I have the "MONEY-FACED" look???

Started my part time job yesterday, @ Breadtalk Causeway pt.. Haha... Can't imagine me working there? Abit regretted though.. coz it was so tiring. I have to memorise all the names of breads and cakes! Sigh...


It's my first time working part time while studying. I hope I can juggle coz it's my final year. Sigh.... what to do.. for the sake of my graduation trips, I need to save now!

Another Fun Fun Gathering


Went out to celebrate Yizhi's birthday.. @ Tampines Safra.. I was like what?? Why Tampines .. coz normally we would meet up in town.. Luckily I have a direct bus that stops right in front of Safra! So.. not so bad..


But.. I was late.. haha... 1/2 hr late. Worse still, as I got down from the bus, I encountered a super duper embarrasing incident! My heels got stucked - in those steel drain cover with narrow gaps.Oh gosh... the worst part is that I had to squat down and pulled it out in full force. And this dramatic action being stucked happened right in front of a bus! Argh... so paiseh man! Imagine, a gal with bare-footed one side, squating down trying to retrieve her heels! What an ugly sight!


Then I know Sakura was in the Tampines Safra. Heard from my PA mate Alfred told us that Sakura @ Tampines was not bad coz he tried it not long ago. So, I expected to have lots of good stuff... But then.... it was really really disappointed! In fact, the servings were quite pathetic.. I don't think it's worth of $26!


The nicest stuff were the Japanese Tempura and icecream!

I scooped wan.. nice? My Mango + Blueberry Ripple (purple colour wan) + Tropicana = Yummy yummy esp my fave MANGO!

Do you know what's that?? It's called "Strapless Slippers" - it's a flip flop with just the sole and nothing else! Basically, you just "stick your feet on the sole". That's all! Amazing.. really amazing! Jonny bought it online for just $20+! Cool...

Yizhi gave me shock! You know what he did? When I was chatting with Fabian, he tried to scare me by putting his lighter near my hand. His intention was just to scare me but he actually brunt my hand's hair and got the BURNT SMELL! really - NO JOKE okie! - that's wat friends are for man..

As usual, we would go for 2nd round. We went to Mind's Cafe @ Selegie. Very very crowded and stuffy.. but we had so much fun there..

First game: Animal Sound Game
We had to choose an animal and made a sound and we had to remember each and everyone's animal sound.

Mine - Chicken - sound: Cuckoo (but mistaken as oink oink coz I'm a piggy to them!!)
Fabian - Cow - sound: Moo Moo
Yizhi - Mouse - sound: zizi (but we always mistaken it as "zhi zhi" which sounds like his name... hahaha
Jonny - Pig - sound: Oink Oink
Bkiat - Dog - sound: Mum Mum
Conyee - can't remember what animal - sound: pat pat
Rabia - sheep - sound: "mad mad"(sounded like that)
Jingwei - Donkey - sound: Ee-yore.. but bkiat always called him "hee-har"

It was very fun when we all got mixed up each other's animal sound!

Next game - Market Place
We had to trade unwanted card in order to collect all the 9 same cards. So chaotic! Sigh... I was the one who kanna beaten my hand coz I always the slowest... sad sad..

Dating Game


Just finished reading a book from Danielle Steel - Dating Game. It was about an educated homemaker who was married for more than 20 odd years, thinking that she had found "the one" and would live happily ever after.


Unexpectedly, her "the one" fell for another woman and filed for divorce. Without a husband, a job in hand, she was lost and depressed. After she managed to escaped from depression, she managed to get a first job at the age of 47.


She went for dates and blind dates, willing and unwillingly. She had had dates with damaged goods (he succumbed into deep depression after his wife died), psycho, rich and professional dater who gave no damn about commitment and "exclusive arrangement", young French photographer who was young enough to be his son.


She finally thought she needs no man. Finding "the one" seems like finding needle in the haystack.


Seems like me.. not that I had gone through lots of dates and blind dates.. in fact, I hardly. At my age of 24 and still single, I should be panicked when everyone is asking "Why are you still single? No bf? When are you getting married? Blah blah blah..". In fact, I'm not. I may be alone.. but not lonely and I'm definitely NOT desperate. I have learned to let the nature take its course. Whatever will be will be.


What I have learnt from this book is that, a woman should be financially independent.... and finding a needle in the haystack may not be impossible.. as eventually she found it!

KL Adhoc Trip with my beloved piggies

Ann: %#@* ... I dun care, you must stay in KL, we are all meeting in KL Chloe: Yeah, it'd be fun without you...

It was kinda rare that all of us could make it for a 4-get-together gathering. And more surprisingly, all of us could make it for this unexpected gathering in KL while our long well-planned Bangkok trip failed on us. So.. we've agreed that we don't plan in advance, we go for .. ADHOC..rite, adhocers??

Friday: 28th July


After 2 days lined up with strings of emails and conference calls, I was on my way to KL.. so excited! I had to rush down to KL after my presentation to the management, Chloe had to promptly punched her card at 5.45pm and Eve has to rush down after class to pick me up at Pudu.. YES!! It's very exciting experience.. so excited that I felt the journey took damn long to reach KL.


Finally I reached KL at 8.45pm. Yes, the night view in KL was magnificient! I finally realised that. Once you entered the city, the 2 prominent skyscrappers welcomed you with the beaming lights.. BUT !! I was stucked in the jam for almost 1/2hr. Oh my god, I dun think I'd be able to survive in KL ! REALLY!!
I'm totally clueless about KL.


All I know is Pudu - the most stuffy, crowded, dirty, and dangerous place I've ever been. And... guess what? I just realised tat there are 4 types of trains, KTM, Monorail, LRT, and I can't even remember wat's the last one.. why the hell they have such a confusing means of transportation?? I don't understand.... Anyway, my angels know tat i'm hopeless in getting to know KL.. haha.. so Eve picked me up at Pudu.


After being stucked in another jam, finally we were together! Woo-hoo...


Went to: The Curve - Winter's Warmth (if I'm not wrong)A cafe with nice ambience and they serve drinks in lovely tea pots. See what we'd ordered:

Ann - Iced peach tea. nicest of all
Eve - hot milk?? dunno why she's craving for milk
Chloe - Blue moon tea. A boombastic name for a drink equivalent to warm water with a slice of lemon and a small pot of honey
Me - Iced Lavender Tea. Sounds okie but smelled and tasted like detergent. Yes, they are still laughing at me up till now.. Hey, it's still drinkable okie...

Also, we ordered this ice-cream waffle aka "high-grass" roti canai with ice cream

So tired after an hr of laughters and gossips.. we went to our lodging provider - Ms Eve's house. This is how Ann looked like after climbing up 5 storeys to reach Eve's place and upon learning tat there' s no water heater. She just ... fainted!

After hours of shopping, our feets were screaming for a rest and our tummy growling for food.. we finally made a stop at Bakerzin coz the nice and yummy looking desserts caught our eyes.. (Yes, I know there are Bakerzin in Sg.. )

You know what.. the only quiet timewe have was when we were eating crab.. coz everyone of us was too concentrating on the crab.. and 4 of us finished off 1.8kg of crab!

4 hours later, Ms Chloe's tummy was growling - AGAIN.. and Ms Ann was whinning that we should be out on Sat nite and not staying at home. So, we went to so-called the "hamsen-ning" place.

We ordered a plate of seafood pizza with a few mini sotong and countable sliced crabsticks. So, for the last slice, everyone has to take A BITE! So...everyone was fighting NOT to be the last one...

Sigh.. both Chloe and Eve was really FIGHTING man.. those ppl surrounding were looking at BOTH of them !! my goodness.. they must be thinking these 2 gals must be from dunno where ulu ulu kampung - never eaten pizza before! So who won?? Look at this photo and you'll know

Sun: 30th July

Time passes so fast especially when you are having fun.. it's time to go home.. so sad.. so, on my way to Pudu, I just took some shots of those that I've missed out!

I can't believe that I missed out Nando's - it's my fave!! why don't they have it in Sg??? Alrite.. I know I'm suaku... coz I've never to to KL tower and only twice to KLCC and Petaling St ..can't recall if I've been there..

That's it.. I bought nothing from the Mega Sales.. but Clarinase for my flu... So pathetic.....but hey..this medicine is super effective okie! Just took one tablet and the flu germs were out of sight!

But must take it with Fattt Crab as well.. (as told by my gal frens) coz my flu was competely gone after eating Fatty Crab!! hahaha....

But it was indeed a fun trip though it was kinda short and rush trip.. all because of the people! With my beloved piggies.. we talked and laughed non stop! Looking forward to our next adhoc!!
